Your Sponsorship Will Help:

Improve knowledge about furbearer species, their numbers, their habitats and changes in populations

Increase public awareness and educate the public on proper restoration, management and conservation of furbearers and other natural resources

Provide financial grants to state agencies, university programs and other institutions for specific furbearer research projects

Compile data on furbearer abundance, natural history, range, necessity for management, diseases, and interspecies relationships

Habitat enhancement, evaluation and research programs

Educational Scholarships

Coordinate with other agencies and organizations that share similar interest in building a strong coalition for the benefit of wildlife conservation

WHY Your Support and Contributions are Needed

The financial resources of wildlife management agencies and the fur industry are limited. Your donation will have a tremendous impact and will help make the following possible:

1. Preserve and enhance furbearer habitat.
2. Promote and assist the scientific research of furbearer species and their needs.
3. Teach conservation education to the public.
4. Monitor species population densities.
5. Provide educational scholarships

Sponsorship Categories

Furbearers Unlimited, Inc. is qualified under the Internal Revenue Service code, Section 501 (c) (3), as a tax exempt, non-profit organization. All contributions to FBU made by gifting during your lifetime, or through your will or trust, are tax exempt and deductible from state and federal taxes.

Any gift you make to Furbearers Unlimited may reduce your federal estate taxes, state inheritance tax and, if given during your lifetime, will reduce your income tax.
