  Tenure and Qualifications:
 

 
The business, property, and affairs of this corporation are managed by its Board of Directors.  The number of Directors is nine, including the President, Vice President, General Organizer and Conservation Director of the National Trappers Association plus five Directors who are not officers of the NTA.

The term lengths of the four Directors who are also NTA officers shall continue as long as they  hold their office in the NTA. The terms of the other five Directors shall run for three years.
